An open class that focuses specifically on the practice of meditation and the carrying of its effects into everyday life. No prior tuition or preconditions required. Each Saturday concentrates on a different challenge. Open to all. Begins with a one-hour guided meditation.

A vegetarian cooking series to help create and maintain a healthy mind and body. Join Maureen & Pranita as they demonstrate how to incorporate juicing, cooking and baking into everyday cooking to help form healthy eating habits. The course is interactive, ending with a question and answer session.

This online course is an introduction to the practice and philosophy of Raja Yoga meditation. Topics covered include, The Power of Thoughts, Introduction to Meditation, The Journey Inward, The Journey Upward, The Journey Outward and Strengthening Soul Consciousness. There will be time for meditation and conversation.

Please note – you MUST attend the 1st session in order to be able to attend other sessions.
