    Prepare yourself mentally and emotionally for the week ahead.
    Take some time to connect with and centre yourself, and build inner calm and quiet.  
    The hour will include guided commentaries, gentle music and periods of silence.
    All of our events are offered as a free service to the community. Contributions are welcome to support the running of the Centre.
