Let’s Talk

In the current times, many of us are being challenged to face things we never thought we would have to face ourselves. The good thing is, we are not alone. The great thing is, we can learn to face them together.

We are pleased to introduce to you our brand-new series Let’s Talk, hosted live by Jude Pemell.

Jude is a practising psychotherapist with 30 years’ experience in the field. In this new series, she will be opening some interesting conversations with you, on issues of high relevance in our current social world. Some of the topics she will be covering include addiction, relationships, trauma, boundaries and attachment and the process of grieving, plus many more.

Our strength to face any opposition increases when we start to realise the truth within ourselves. The easiest way to build strength from within is to know where to start from. First recognise point A (Alpha), the starting position. Then see your inner strength grow as you move towards point B (Beta), a happier, more stable and calmer you.
