Resilience is often defined as the mental reservoir of strength that helps people handle stress and hardship. It involves the ability to recover from challenges, adapt to life’s situations and emerge even stronger than before.
In this session we will discover our strengths on how to become more resilient.
Facilitator: Raewyn has a keen interest in human behaviour and discovering ways we can better cope with the challenges of our inner and outer world. She is a mother and grandmother, and up until retirement she worked as a social worker in the child protection and family support area. Raewyn has been practicing Raja Yoga meditation for the last 36 years.
