Raja Yoga Meditation
Previously doctors’ rooms, the newly renovated Brahma Kumaris Centre in Cannington has 20 carparks at the back of the property, including a disabled car-park and bike stands. It also has disabled access and a disabled bathroom.
The Centre is light and airy and a wonderful place to meet up with like-minded souls for lessons on self-development and also meditations and quiet reflection in our meditation rooms.
We hold meditation sessions most evenings during the week. The Brahma Kumaris' core curriculum Raja Yoga Meditation courses are offered regularly, together with public talks and workshops. A spiritual class is held on Thursday evenings for those who have completed the Introductory Course in Raja Yoga.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Centre Coordinator / Tutor
Maureen has practised meditation with The Brahma Kumaris for over 35 years and has coordinated activities in Brahma Kumaris Centres across Australia. Her interests are varied. She is an avid reader, collecting lots of trivia, and enjoys watching tennis and cricket. She also loves to exercise with aerobics and dance and likes walking in the sunshine. Today, Maureen dedicates herself full-time to coordinating activities for The Brahma Kumaris in Western Australia.
Energetic and big hearted, Sapna loves to organise meditation programs for the community and is always on the look out for an opportunity to do this. She loves spending time with children encouraging them to be mindful of spirituality. She also enjoys 'playing' - cycling, tennis, walks, etc, and just being in nature. Sapna has had the fortune of being a part of The Brahma Kumaris for over 8 years and continues to happily share this with others. Her professional background is in the travel, tourism and retail fields.
