Learn How to Meditate

'Medi' means middle ... To meditate means to be in a state of being 'in the middle' ... we could say, balanced and centred. This is what most people are looking for when they want to learn to meditate.

The benefits of meditating are many and include relaxing and calming the mind, nervous system and physical energies, developing concentration, understanding the workings of the inner Self and managing our lives and relationships better.

Whatever your age, religion or cultural background, we offer a variety of educational programs that are available at our teaching locations across Australia.

What Do We Teach?

We teach an easy form of open eye meditation called Raja Yoga that can be practised any time, any where. In our Courses you will learn how to:

  • be free from thinking unwanted thoughts that drain energy
  • develop inner strength and resilience
  • understand why the world is like it is, and learn tools that will help you navigate your way through it whilst keeping your personal power
  • get to know and love yourself deeply and learn how to nurture relationships with those you love
  • how to develop a relationship with the source of pure energy, The Divine
  • be able to maintain your equilibrium and protect yourself from negative energy
  • learn healthy life style options that support a meditation practice

Studying With Us

Aside from our core Raja Yoga Meditation Courses, we share positive living perspectives that empower and strengthen.

Meditation takes us on a journey inwards where we can uncover and recover our true Self again. It enables us to come back to our 'centre', our original place of being where we can refresh and restore our spiritual, mental and emotional energies.

But then there is also a need for understanding ... about the Self and the world we live in.  Positive living classes, workshops, talks, retreats and courses will compliment your meditation practice ... Meditation nourishes the mind and heart; knowledge nourishes the mind and intellect.

“We cannot become the truly powerful being we are on the inside, if we continue to remember who we were Yesterday ...”
