Improve your meditation practice. Be gently guided through a series of mental exercises that will enhance and develop your ability to relax, connect with yourself and stay focused during a meditation session.
You will learn how to focus your mind on positive, constructive thoughts that will keep you 'on track' and enhance your well-being.
You can arrive after approx 9.50am. Please enter quietly and leave your shoes in the foyer. You will find cooled filtered water here. Entry to the Meditation Room is up the first two steps. Please register your attendance in the book at the back of the room and take a seat where you feel comfortable. The bathroom is up the stairs, turn right and then the first on the left.
The Brahma Kumaris offer classes and courses as a free service to the community. Contributions are welcome to support the running of the Centre.
