Fun activities to promote health & wellbeing in young people. Research studies show that anxiety, inactivity, and obesity are on the rise among Australian kids. They are feeling under pressure and spending too much time on digital technology, looking at screens.

For children 5-12 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please bring a yoga mat.
