Meditation can be considered as a healing process - spiritual, mental and emotional, with proven benefits to physical well-being. We can reap many rewards from the regular practice of meditation as we teach ourselves to think positive and powerful thoughts which are beneficial to our well-being and that bring a positive energy to those around us.
This retreat will include many opportunities to experiment with the power of meditation.
